Radford University vs. University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy: The Grudge Match. The Damage (DPS) players must win the sightlines and utilize effective Flank Routes to disrupt the enemy backline.

Mount St. Mary's University vs. Pennsylvania State University Black: The Mid-Bracket Brawler. The team that tracks and effectively combos Ultimate Abilities will win the key objective fights.

Pennsylvania State University White vs. Winona State University: The Dark Horse Showdown. The team that wins the Map Pool Vetoes and forces the series onto its preferred map types gains a significant strategic edge.

Compositional Flexibility Teams must demonstrate the ability to switch between Brawl and Poke compositions to counter map layouts and opponent strategies.

Coaching Adaptations Coaches must make lightning-fast adjustments between rounds, as the Semifinals (3:00 PM CT) begin shortly after the Quarterfinals.
