Who

24 Teams Per League
Four Separate Leagues, Sorted by Average Team Rank

What

Each League will consist of twenty four (24) teams playing in four (4) divisions of six (6), each playing five (5) matches against all other teams in their division. The regular season will consist of a single round-robin format.
