Thank you for your interest in joining us at Esports Festival Kansas City this Friday and Saturday! This email includes important event information such as directions to the venue, the registration and check-in process, and an overview of the tournament schedule and venue.

Event Hours & Venue Information

The event will be held at the Argosy Casino Hotel & Spa, in the Event Center portion of the building. Our hours of operation will be from 2:00pm-10:00pm on Friday, and 10:00am-8:00pm on Saturday--but stick around both nights for a special afterparty, hosted by special guests and esports staff!

Registration & Checking In at the Event

Once you’ve made your way inside, head to the escalators or elevators past the restaurants that will lead you to our second floor event zone. The registration desk is stationed right in front of the Grand Ballroom, and that is where you can pick up your passes. To verify admission, we’ll need your first name, last name, and email address. If you purchased a badge, we can also quickly verify entry by presenting your “Receipt” email from Unified.

General Admission passholders are able to compete in any on-site activity or tournament, including the Quest System with fun prizes built in for all players. (Spectators are invited to attend at a discounted rate, but please note spectator passes don’t include tournament or quest entry!)

Attendees can pick up their passes starting at 1:30PM on Friday and 9:45AM Saturday. The main event center doors will open at 2:00PM (Friday) and 10:00AM (Saturday.)

…In addition to the great games above, we’ll have dozens of gaming stations equipped with current and classic favorites, pop-up tournaments for fun games like Mario Kart and Pokemon Stadium, and various Quests and challenges throughout the weekend.

Cosplay Encouraged! Join Unified & Planet Comicon for photoshoots and extra prize tickets when you bring your favorite cosplay costume.
