The MEC Overwatch 2 Finals is the championship for Collegiate Varsity Programs in the Midwest Esports Conference. Kicks off on April 12th and concludes on April 13th. The event is a live in-person experience at Illinois College in Jacksonville, IL. Join us for exciting matchups and cheer on your favorite players and universities throughout the weekend:

Format

  • Regular Season - Double Round Robin - First to Three
  • Playoffs - Double Elimination - First to Three
  • Grand Finals - First to Four

Regular Season

  • Double Round Robin, playing each team twice
  • First to Three

Playoffs

  • Top 8 qualify for Playoffs
  • Double Elimination Playoffs seeded by performance in Regular Season
  • Higher seed gets “Team A” or Team B” choice
  • First to Three

Grand Finals

  • Higher seed gets “Team A” or Team B” choice
  • First to Four
